After we have seen and inspected your actual materials, we will establish an estimate of value based on the current market values. This estimate of value is free of charge.
ESTABLISH COMMISSION STRUCTURE
When you are ready to consign with Red Umbrella Fine Art Auctions, we will prepare a contract which includes our consignment terms and commission structure. We charge a flat percentage based on the total value estimate of the consignment. This commission is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees such as photography, advertising, or a buy-in fee if the item fails to sell (most other auction houses charge as much as 8% for this). Our commission also includes the listing fees and all advertising and promotional material. Our commission is very competitive with other auction companies, and is therefore one of the lowest in the business.
